NEW Fitness Class BARRE PHYSIQUE

Looking to improve core strength, firm up your “seat”, or perhaps tone your upper body? Then come join in the fun with this class. Basic Ballet moves are integrated with light hand weights to develop your core and increase your stamina. All fitness levels are welcome!

Location: Downtown

When: Starts March 5th Tuesdays 8:30am-9:00am (in the Community Room) & Thursdays 4:30pm-5:15pm (Aerobic Room 2)

What to Bring: sweat towel, water, yoga mat

Take Off Pounds Sensibly. Join our successful weight loss support group which meets every Wednesday.

Location: Administration Building (140 S. Cedar Street)
Times: 6:00pm (weigh-in), 6:30pm (meeting)
