Spin Boot Camp

The Ponds

A high intensity indoor cycling class that enhances cardiovascular fitness. Some movements are performed off the bike. All participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and can remain on the bike if necessary. Water & Towel recommended.

When: Wednesdays starting June 5th from 8:30 am-9:30 am

An outdoor yoga class performed near the water at the Ponds Amphitheater, promotes relaxation and flexibility!!

When: Fridays starting June 7th from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm

SPIN RACE DAY @ THE PONDS 2013

After 8 grueling weeks of training, our fellow members have taken the strength of courage to participate in our annual Spin Race Day March 2-3, 2013.  Spinning participants jumped, sprinted, ran and climbed to test their endurance for a 2 hour race day!
