The Summerville Family YMCA Flowertown Festival
encourages everyone who wishes to participate in the annual Festival to complete the applicable applications and submit it for review by the Festival jury.

please contact us. We would be happy to help you!

Please note:
- All vendors must apply for a Town of Summerville Business License.
Summerville residents fee: $10, all others $20.
- Space is limited, therefore all applications are juried each year.
- Businesses are able to sell merchandise at the Festival, though all items for
sale must be identified and must receive approval of the Festival Committee.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK-IN ON THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2008.
Check-in time will only be allowed between the hours of 8am and 6pm on that day.

The above-mentioned mandates have been made by our Festival Committee
and are non-debatable.

The next registration deadline for all vendor categories is
January 12, 2008.

Booth fees for the 2008 Festival:
Specialty/Gourmet - $325, after 1/12/08 $375
Food vendors selling multiple items - $1,000, after 1/12/08 $1,050
Food vendors selling one item - $500, after 1/12/08 $550
Businesses - $525, after 1/12/08 $550
Civic organizations, one day only - $80 (no fee change after 1/13/07)
Civic organizations, all three days - $200 (no fee change after1/13/07)
