Important Festival Information First-Aid / Police -- will be located in the Cuthbert Community Center next to the tennis courts, near First Citizen's Bank along Main St., and on Joyce Lane near the Children's Festival area. See festival map for specific locations. Mother's Rest / Baby Changing Station -- will be near the Cuthbert Community Center on W. 5th St. See festival map for location.
