Reach over 220,000 people by sponsoring the Annual Flowertown Festival! Held each year during the first weekend of April, the award-winning Flowertown Festival is the perfect way to reach thousands of people with minimal investment. Major sponsors have the priviledge of being promoted via TV, radio, billboards, advertising, posters, merchandise and more. This event has been the main fundraiser of the YMCA since 1972.
Event dates: April 4-6, 2008.

The official kick-off event for the Flowertown Festival is the Festival Run/Walk. This event has been called "one of the prettiest races in the Lowcountry" and our participant level proves that! Over 900 people participate in the 5k, 10k and one mile fun run. Add to that the 2,000+ spectators and your company has a great opportunity to reach those who feel fitness and fun are a great combination!

Event dates: March 15, 2008.

Be a sponsor for the annual Oyster Shindig! The Shindig is a delight for many! (Last year's attendance was 400+). Join us as we shag to the tunes of the East Coast Party Band, feast on oysters, bid on wonderful live auction items and win prizes. All proceeds from this event help support ongoing YMCA children and adult programs.

GYMNASTICS PROGRAM SPONSORSHIPS offer you name recognition at our YMCA Gymnastic Center as well as community appreciation. Through your supprot of the Booster Club old equipment can be replaced with newer, safer equipment.  

Depending on the level at which you join, you will receive: ads in our meet program, a banner on the gym wall, your company name on team T-shirts, a permanent plaque, etc.

Sponsorship levels and benefits are:

Equipment Sponsorship: $1,000    

- Gold Level benefits for 3 years + a permanent plaque

Gold Level: $400 first year, then $300 annually

• 4 X 6 Company banner placed on the gym wall for 12 months

• Company name listed on the Sponsor page of meet program

• Full page ad in gymnastics meet program

• Company name on both gymnastics team T-shirts

Silver Level: $250 first year, then $150 annually

• 3 X 5 Company banner placed on the gym wall for 12 months

• Company name listed on the Sponsor page of meet program

• ½ page ad in meet program

• Company name on one of our team T-shirts

Bronze Level: $150 first year, then $75 annually

•  Company name listed on our Bronze Level banner for 12 months

•  Company name listed on the Sponsor page of our meet program

•  ¼ page ad in meet program

SPORTS SPONSORSHIPS offer your business name recognition at our YMCA sports fields as well as community appreciation. You can choose to support:

• Youth Baseball (ages 4-8)
• Youth Soccer (ages 4-15)
• Adult Coed Softball (ages 16 & up)

Sponsorship levels and benefits are:

Platinum Sponsor: $600/year
– With a sponsorship of 3 teams (can be the same season or 3 different seasons in one year), your company/organization name is included on the jersey of all three teams, plus:
– A banner with your company/organization name and logo is displayed for one year at YMCA Sports Complex fields.

Gold Sponsor: $350/year
– With a sponsorship of 1 team for one season, your company/organization name will is included on the jersey of that team, plus:
– A banner with your company/organization name and logo is displayed for one year at YMCA Sports Complex fields.

Silver Sponsor: $250/year
– With a sponsorship of one team for one season, your company/organization name is included on the jersey of that team.

Bronze Sponsor: $100/year

–Company name and/or logo displayed on a 3'x6' banner for one year at the YMCA Sports Complex Fields at Oakbrook. Company must provide the banner.
