Refreshments, crafts, facepainters, games, jump castles, and egg hunts (more age groups and lots more eggs!) NEW Members, join this weekend for only $25!* Monthly draft will begin 4/15 YOGA WORKSHOP* March 6 1-4pm Fee: $15 Proceeds will benefit the YMCA Scholarship Program and the American Cancer Society. Please wear comfortable clothing. This introduction to Yoga will be taught by Jim McKenrick, a 200 hour Hatha Yoga Instructor. INTRODUCING SILVER SNEAKERS... Great intro to fitness classes for Seniors who may need to exercise while sitting. Very low impact! Classes meet Mondays at 11:15 and Wednesdays at 12:15pm. Please view The Ponds page for their times. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FAMILY FUN NIGHT Friday, March 19 Bring your family to the YMCA for a night filled with fun, fitness, and fellowship. We will have Bingo, Wii games, Zumba and yoga classes, plus open swim time. Bring a healthy dish to share. Members and potential members are welcome. 5 - 8pm. FREE.
